Aoa,

A number of new announcements.

  1. After a 4- week trial, it has been decided to only have 2 Jumma prayers, at 1.30 and 2:00. This is due to matching number of attendees with capacity. We will review the new arrangements over the next two weeks and assess and adjust arrangements as necessary.
  2. The reduced times means extra safety provisions will be in place. There will be extra volunter marshals at the entry and exit points, as well as both halls. Please note and observe the following:
        • Bring your own mask and prayer. The charge is now £1 each, if items available.
        • Attendees must keep mask on at all times whilst in the buildings. No talking please.
        • If you have a medical condition that prevents this, please pray at home
        • Please remain seated on your prayers after the farz prayer until told to leave.
        • Exit managed row by row, back row first. Volunteers will be at hand to ensure this.
        • If you need to leave for work, sit in the back rows, in the main hall.
  3. Due to recent news of high positive tests for covid in Telford, please be extra viligant and disciplined. Help to avoid a local lockdown.
  4. Provide your mobile phone number to the volunteers prior to entry.
  5. Please note the following GDPR statement about the use of telephone numbers.
      • We will note your telephone number for Track and Trace, should there be a suspected infection.
      • We will add your number to the SIF WhatsApp and Text broadcast list to send you any masjid related news.
      • We will not forward your telephone number to third parties other than for public health reasons
